Return Period

You may return eligible products within 30 days of receiving your order.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please email us at support@marco-lucia.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for your return

All returns must be pre-approved by our customer support team before shipping anything back.

Return Conditions

To ensure a smooth return process:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • Returns must be pre-approved by our team

  • A tracking number is required for verification

  • Hygiene-related items (underwear, lingerie, swimwear) are non-returnable

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be rejected.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 30 days.

If you haven't received your refund after that, please check with your bank. Still no refund? Reach out to support@marco-lucia.com and we’ll assist you.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees. For your safety, we recommend using a tracked shipping service. Return shipping to our warehouse typically starts at €20, depending on your location and carrier.
